Auctioneeros may collect business contact information, company account information, operator access details, catalog or lot-related data, auction workflow information, pickup or FIND records, support communications, billing-related information, and technical/security logs needed to operate the platform.

Auctioneeros uses this information to provide platform access, support users, secure the system, manage accounts, maintain operator separation, improve workflow reliability, and communicate with approved users.

Auctioneeros does not sell tenant, bidder, seller, or customer data. Data may be processed through trusted service providers needed to operate the platform, including hosting, security, email, payment, storage, and approved integration providers.

Each tenant or operator is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authorization of the information they upload or process through Auctioneeros. Users should not upload sensitive personal information that is not necessary for auction operations.

Auctioneeros uses controlled access and protected app workflows to limit public exposure of operational systems. Data may be retained as needed for business, security, legal, compliance, support, or operational purposes.
